The new year is just getting started, and there is already so much good stuff!! We are in for a treat in the #sparkchamber today, welcoming mother, yogi, dancer, and observer Sarah Isenberg with open arms and open heart. Sarah is a divine soul in an adult child body. She is a yogi, and a transcendent teacher of yoga — if you’re in the LA and/or the valley, find a way to one of her classes. She’s a big fan of Ryan Heffington — the man, the choreography, the dance classes. And she’s the mother of a nine-year-old. Weaving it all together, she has one driving force: “I am seeking wholeness; a sense of staying whole and real — in the Velveteen Rabbit kind of way — in all circumstances.”

A huge opportunity rests on the horizon! For the first time ever, after more than 20 years of teaching yoga, Sarah is offering a retreat!! Mark January 20 – 22 on your calendar for Where Earth Meets Sky  — a healing sound and yoga immersion. Invigorating and restorative, this transformational weekend includes yoga, shamanic breathwork, guided meditation, a healing sound bath, and a heart-opening cacao ceremony. Join Sarah and Justin Taylor, nadabrahma.yoga, at a serene private villa in San Bernadino to upgrade, reboot, and remodel your mind, body, and spirit.

The year is young and life is short. Let’s make the most of all of it!

1.] Where do ideas come from?

Quantum parallel timelines

2.] What is the itch you are scratching?

I am trying to touch upon myself and ultimately God. It’s a way of mining through the lies to the truth of who we are, who I am.

3.] Early bird or night owl, tortoise or hare?

Hoot hoot. I love the privacy of night, the exhale that comes when everybody else is asleep. I feel the safest to be with my thoughts and ideas when I am in the darkness of 1:45am alone space.

4.] How do you know when you are done?

How do you know when you've started?
